Order confirmation is sent

You will also see the billing and mailing information you provided. If you need to make a change to the order, simply click the link provided to submit any changes before the order is processed. Patient care specialist contact

If this is your first time ordering with us, there is an additional step. One of our Patient Care Specialists will contact you to verify some information including your shipping and billing address, billing information, and check the Rx status via your doctor’s office. We will also ask for other relevant medical information such as a list of allergies and a list of any other medications you are actively taking. This information gives our pharmacists a clearer patient profile and allows them to better serve you.

Review of your patient profile and prescription

There may be a brief waiting period while all the necessary information is verified by our pharmacy staff. We take this additional step as a precautionary measure to make sure that you are receiving the proper care for your ailments and to guarantee all of your required personal and financial information is correct. This includes dosage information, prescription directions, prescription strength, quantity, and total refills allotted based on your doctor’s orders. Once you are registered in our system, the process becomes even faster!

Remember – only valid prescriptions will be accepted. We will check to see if your prescription has expired. If there are any discrepancies regarding your allergy profile or potential drug interactions between your other prescriptions, one of our team members will reach out to set up a one-on-one counseling session with a pharmacist to go over your care plan and suggested next steps.

Payment and order processing

After everything is confirmed, our pharmacy will process your payment information and get your order submitted. You will receive a confirmation email as described previously. If there are any issues with the payment information provided, one of our staff members will contact you to resolve any issues. We want to clarify that payment will not be processed until our pharmacists have had the opportunity to review your full order. Your order is shipped

Things to know Five things to keep in mind when you order prescription online.


We require a valid prescription for your order to be processed. You can place an order online or through our customer service representatives over the phone, but your order will NOT be processed until we receive a valid prescription.


We can reach out to your doctor for prescription refills. If you’d like to place an order and have us contact your doctor or local pharmacy to obtain your prescription, leave a note in your order with your doctor’s information so we can reach out to them on your behalf.


We will attempt to call all first-time customers by phone to verify order details. If you cannot be reached, one of our customer service reps will reach out via email to confirm your order details.


Don’t worry about missing a dosage. We can reach out to your doctor for a refill request to ensure you don’t miss a dose.


We keep you in the loop. We will notify you via phone or email anytime we’re waiting on your doctor’s office for things like prescription details or refills so you’re always in the loop.
