Refilling your prescription is simple. You can do so online, on the phone, or via our website chat. If you have an online pharmacy account with us, you can view your previous orders and re-orders directly from there if you have an active prescription. Need a new copy? How long does it take to process an order?

What is your return policy?

We are sorry, but we do not return medication. Once medication has left the pharmacy it cannot, by law, be re-stocked and dispensed to another patient even if the package was never opened or unsealed. This is to ensure your safety and the safety of other patients. If you are not satisfied with your prescription, please do contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist you.

Is there a limit to how much I can order?

Yes: you can only order a maximum of a three-month supply of prescription drugs at any one time. The balance of the prescription will stay on file for future re-orders. If you provide us with all the required details (including valid and verified shipping address, current prescription, etc.) your items will be shipped within 24-48 hours.


Where is my medication coming from?

What is the difference between generic medication and brand medication?

One or more of the medications I am on is not listed on your site. Does that mean you don’t supply it?

We try our best to ensure that our medication catalogue is updated and complete as possible. If there are instances where your medication is not listed, then please contact [email protected]. Please note we do not provide any controlled substances or narcotics.


Can I transfer my prescription from my local pharmacy?

Yes. You can either request your pharmacy to transfer it to us, or we can be requested to contact them for a transfer.

Do I need a prescription to order from you?

Yes, we do require a prescription for all medications that are available for sale by prescription only.

Can I speak to a pharmacist?

Yes. You can arrange a private phone consultation with one of our pharmacists if you have any questions about your prescription. To consult with our pharmacist, you must be an existing patient who has ordered medications from us.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, eCheck, EFT, checks, and money orders. Please note we charge a 5% convenience fee for payments made by Visa and Mastercard. To avoid paying this fee we encourage customers to pay with American Express or Check/Electronic Check.

Is it safe for me to us my credit card on your site?

Do you accept health insurance?

Do you accept FSA or HSA?

We do not, but we can provide a receipt you can try to claim manually with your insurer.

Is delivery free?

Standard shipping is free! If you would like the order shipped Express, if that option is available then the shipping cost is $25.00. If you want your order being sent from Canada or UK tracked then the cost is $15.00. Please note that temperature sensitive medication, is shipped by default – Express at no additional cost.

Can my order be tracked?

Yes. Once we ship your order, we will send you an email notification with your tracking details. Orders shipped to the USA can be tracked via USPS.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

We currently don’t. However, orders shipped from Canada qualify for Express delivery. If you select Express shipping on your order to the USA, you can expect to receive your product between 3 and 5 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As your medications are being shipped internationally where you are saving more than 75%, you will need to be a bit patient. Orders normally ship within 48 hours of all documents being available to our pharmacy (prescriptions, payment information etc.). Estimated shipping time will depend on the medication source. For products sourced in Canada, it takes 7 to 10 business days. Products from the United Kingdom take around 7 to 12 business days, whereas products from Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, and India take 10 to 18 business days.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?
