What if I miss a dose?

Oral candidiasis is a risk associated with this medication, to prevent infection, rinse your mouth with water after each dose.
There is increased risk of pneumonia in patients with COPD using this medication, if you develop signs and symptoms of pneumonia contact your doctor.
If you experience a paradoxical bronchospasm while taking Trelegy discontinue and switch to an alternative therapy.
This medication may put you at risk for worsening of infections if you have existing tuberculosis, fungal, bacterial, viral, parasitic infections, or ocular herpes simplex ensure your prescriber is monitoring the progression closely.
If you are transitioning from an oral corticosteroid to this medication ensure you understand the transition instructions as inappropriate execution can put you at risk for complications.
Patients taking beta-blockers should notify their doctor if they have increased symptoms of increased heart rate, blood pressure, or chest pain.
Patients at risk for or have existing decreased bone mineral density should have their bone mineral density evaluated regularly.

Patients on beta-blockers should be cautious about this medication as it may potentiate a bronchospasm or decrease the effectiveness of the beta blocker.
