Diclegis is a prescription medicine for treating nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. It is an antinauseant medicine that contains two drugs: doxylamine succinate and pyridoxine hydrochloride. These two control symptoms of nausea and vomiting in the central nervous system section of the brain. You can only take this medicine if your pregnancy is causing sickness and have seen a doctor.

How To Use

The right dose should be two tablets during bedtime. In serious cases of nausea and vomiting during the day, one tablet can be taken in the morning and another in the afternoon. The medicine should not be chewed, crushed or split; take it whole. If taken four to six hours prior to when nausea or vomiting is expected, it works well. For best results, take daily. Try not to skip your doses. If you do, take the skipped dose the soonest possible.
